Terms and Conditions (T&C)

These general terms and conditions (AGB) regulate the rights and obligations in the relationship between PRONTRO AG and its customers. They apply to all business relationships between PRONTRO AG and its customers, unless otherwise agreed in writing. PRONTRO AG reserves the right to change or supplement the AGB. The AGB are accessible on the internet at www.prontro.ch.

2. Orders and delivery are binding in all cases.

A contract is concluded with the acceptance of the order by PRONTRO AG. By placing the order, the customer acknowledges the AGB of PRONTRO AG. We deliver from stock whenever possible. Orders placed before 2 pm will be processed on the same day and handed over to the corresponding carrier. If a delivery is delayed, PRONTRO AG will inform the customer immediately. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, partial deliveries by PRONTRO AG are permissible. Delivery is only made within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

3. Payment Terms

PRONTRO AG generally delivers against invoice. The payment deadline is 30 days net. After the deadline has expired, the customer is in default without a reminder.

PRONTRO AG can claim a default interest of 5%. PRONTRO AG reserves the right to deliver only against advance payment or cash on delivery in special cases.

The postage costs for returns are generally borne by the purchaser. Unless PRONTRO AG has delivered faulty goods. Special and custom-made products cannot be returned.

Returns must always be made in the original packaging. Goods credit notes will be issued for the returned goods in their original packaging.

If the delivery to the purchaser is more than 30 days ago, PRONTRO AG expressly reserves the right to evaluate the returned goods.

Complaints must be reported in writing within 10 days of delivery.

6. Retention of title / Cancellation

We reserve the right to retain ownership of the purchased item until all payments from the contract have been received. In case of payment default, we are entitled to cancel the contract, register the retention of title in the retention of title register at the customer's expense, and reclaim the purchased item. We reserve the right to conduct a credit check even after the conclusion of the contract and to cancel the contract in case of negative results.

7. Warranty Services

For original products, we only act as intermediaries for third-party services. The warranty provisions are therefore governed by the manufacturer's provisions.

8. Miscellaneous

For all cases not mentioned in the AGB, the provisions of Swiss contract law apply.

9. Jurisdiction
